The Hygiene Disposable market is facing the challenge to find sustainable alternatives to fossil-based, non-renewable resources both in the diaper itself but also in the outer packaging. Eco-friendly diapers have been introduced by most global diaper producers, however, so far still packed in traditional plastic bags.

For this reason, SEALPAP® developed a PAPER wicket bag.

We have been serving the Hygiene Disposable market for more than 25 years and realize that the market for Hygiene Disposables is extremely competitive. It is all about reaching maximum efficiency and reducing downtimes to a minimum. That is why our objective is to produce a bag that opens, fills, cuts, and seals just like your today's diaper bag!

SEALPAP® bags are proven to be recyclable, not only in laboratory conditions but also in the re-pulper at the recycled paper producers. The product is, therefore ‘future-proof’ and prepared for the increasingly strict legislation in the field of coated papers recyclability.

In order to ensure full transparency of the sustainability of SEALPAP® wicket bags to both our end users and the retailers, we have gone through an extensive testing and certification process.

We hold the TÜV Austria 4 star Bio-Based certification as well as the CTP and PTS confirmation of recyclability. All paper qualities used for the production of our bags, are FSC ® - certified. The product has been certified by IBE-BVI for direct contact hot and cold foodstuff (migration test).

SEALPAP® bags have been tested with the major producers of recycled paper too and were found to be fully recyclable in practice.
